Local Coordinating Board

The Local Coordinating Board for the Transportation Disadvantaged (LCB) is appointed by the TPO, pursuant to Chapter 427, F.S., and Rule 41 2, F.A.C. The purpose of this board is to implement the duties described in Rule 41 2 as a part of the Transportation Disadvantaged (TD) service delivery planning program. The LCB is comprised of representatives from various State and local agencies as well as citizen representatives. A member of the TPO Board is appointed annually to serve as the LCB's Chair.
